| 2) Tenants are liable for every damage on the leased, which are caused by negligence or intentional actions demonstrated by tenant or individuals whom the tenant has given access to the leased |
| 3) Rental period of bus begins when the bus drives from the car fleet (Sengeløsevej 4, Taastrup) and ends when the bus is back at bus parking. Charge of “driven kilometers“ begins and ends at the car fleet |
| 4) It is the responsibility of the tenant to gather statuary parking permits and other permits if this is necessary |
| 5) PRODUKTINEN.DK can’t be held responsible for losses clients might suffer from cancellations which can be cause by; defects or deficiencies on the bus, lacking attendance or sickness of the driver and force majeure |
